Crew Member

General Tasks​

  • Maintenance: Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing debris from lawns, sidewalks, and driveways.

  • Landscape Care: Planting flowers, trees, and shrubs; applying mulch, fertilizer, and pesticides.

  • Equipment Operation: Using tools such as mowers, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, and sod cutters.

  • Site Upkeep: Weeding, pruning, removing dead plants, and cleaning flower beds.

  • Safety & Logistics: Ensuring a clean job site, loading/unloading trucks, and following safety regulations. 
     

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Physical Stamina: Ability to perform heavy manual labor in varied weather conditions.

  • Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in safely operating and maintaining landscaping power tools.

  • Efficiency: Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes and work well in teams.
